Development Progress

1. Quadrangle improvements granted planning permission in  2019;
2. Marjon introduced Campus Development Plan as mechanism to work towards the net zero carbon campus;
3. Number of minor planning applications granted to support Majors Campus improvements 

Plymouth City Council Next Steps

1. Review Campus Development Plan through pre-application process, including the identification of opportunities to improve links between the campus, hospital. and Derriford Commercial Centre as 'the heart of Derriford';
2. Review priority projects through pre-application enquiries  to encourage applications and early deliver;
3. Determine minor planning applications to enable improvements to be made to the campus and work with the applicant teams in processing any condition discharge applications required in order to enable development to commence
