Phase 1
Endeavour House & Endurance Court
The construction of Phase 1 was completed in 2018 with Endeavour House consisting of 12 office suites and Endurance Court with 14 Industrial units, each with their own parking spaces.
Phase 2
Discovery Court
Phase 2 consists of Nesbitt House and 15 industrial units with their own available parking. Companies such as City College Plymouth and Babcock have moved in here, promoting engineering, research and support for young minds.
Future development
The next phase of development will include a further 8 innovation barns with mezzanine floors available as light industrial workshops with storage or office space on mezzanine. This new development, within the Plymouth and South Devon Freeport, includes a host of other benefits.
