Ventro Fire Compliance has been awarded a place on the new NHS Shared Business Framework, meaning NHS clients can now deal direct with the Plymouth-based outfit specializing in vital fire safety services for both the NHS and wider markets across the UK.
The latest Hard Facilities Management framework agreement is the second in a series of landmark developments from NHS Shared Business Services, designed to help the health sector manoeuvre its way forward from the COVID crisis, and this time includes creative and innovative SMEs such as Ventro, enabling NHS Trusts to deal direct with preferred suppliers and provide a faster response, especially at local levels.
Josh Furse, Ventro Client Relations Director said: “We are honoured to have been included on the new framework. It’s obviously great news for our NHS clients, who can now deal with us direct without the need for time consuming tendering processes and makes it much easier for us to deliver our tailor-made fire safety services when they need them”
Ventro, with offices across the UK, has rapidly grown to become the biggest name in the fire safety sector, building its reputation on transformational and holistic approaches to the business, sharing knowledge and developing sustainable practices that have earned them high praise from industry regulators and contracts from within both private and public sectors.
Ventro’s industry-leading learning events bring together organisations such as the HSE, the Ministry of Housing and Communities, local government, Working Group 8, the Building Safety Alliance and other industry advisors to disseminate best practice and to future proof new building developments in terms of fire safety.
This commitment to more than just top-quality products and services has garnered Ventro a number of recent NHS Trust contracts and the confidence of these Trusts in Ventro’s work has paved the way for their inclusion in the new framework.
Harvey Melvin, Ventro MD , added: “The new framework is all about saving money and time for NHS Trusts so they can get the services they need, when they need them. But the stringent procedures required to make the list are also proof-positive of our excellent products, processes, people and the way we work and build relationships with our clients and partners.”
The new framework looks set to save the public sector up to £80m a year through a mix of direct tendering, competitive and capped pricing and measured business contract terms, as it looks to tackle the NHS backlog currently crippling the health industry,
Set to run over the next two years, with a continuation option until 2026 Ventro will be working closely with new and existing NHS partners to bring its unique brand of Fire Safety to protect those working and utilising public sector services and facilities.
