The Business Centre
Office 7 is available to rent. It is on the first floor and is a self-contained office with 232.50 sq ft /21.60 sq m floor space. Rent (unfurnished) is £402.17 +VAT. In-house internet and telephony system is available to buy into.
- The Business Centre is a modern purpose-built facility offering 22 managed offices
- It is home to professional companies including care and support providers, therapists, accountants, legal professionals, health & well-being providers, project management consultants, etc.
- It provides reception and meet and greet services from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday while tenants have access to their units from 6.30am until 10pm seven days a week.
- Security Management South West provides security patrols out of hours.
- The centre has its own car park with permits available at £30+VAT per month for tenants. Alternatively tenants may purchase permits from reception on a daily basis as required, as can tenants’ visitors. There is also two hours’ free on-street parking next to the centre.
- On-site café offering an excellent choice of homemade food and beverages is run by Bonnie’s Brunch.
- Administration support services and meeting rooms are available to tenants at reasonable rates.
- All units are individually metered with electricity charges added to tenants’ monthly invoices along with a £3.64 pcm standing charge. The centre has its own telephone and internet system managed by reception staff.
- Tenants are responsible for paying their own business rates but would likely be eligible for small business rates relief.

City Business Park
10 units are currently available to rent, ranging from 128.20 sq ft / 11.91 sq m up to 681.68 sq ft / 63.33 sq m.
- The City Business Park offers 130 units on flexible ‘easy in, easy out’ terms, providing a convenient solution for businesses seeking adaptable office space.
- Tenants benefit from 24-hour access, seven days a week, while reception services are available from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Up to four free parking permits are provided per business, with additional permits available from just £50 per annum.
- On-site catering is provided by Retromix Café, offering a great selection of food and drink in a friendly, relaxed setting.
- Electricity is either supplied directly or via the landlord, with recharges applied as necessary.
- Telephone and internet services are arranged directly by tenants, giving them the freedom to choose their preferred providers.
- A range of support services including admin assistance, copying, mail handling and meeting room hire are available to tenants at competitive rates.
Terms
Available on easy in/easy out terms, tenants are not tied into a lease and just one month’s notice is all that is required to terminate a tenancy.
