With a nationwide network of contact centres, global outsourcing leader Sitel is one of the big employers in the South West. Continuing the growth of their well-established operation in Plymouth, Sitel is set to create a further 300 jobs in January and February 2018.
Since opening earlier in 2017, Sitel Plymouth located in the iconic grade II-listed building “The Ship – Spirit of Enterprise” at Derriford Business Park, now currently employs around 500 staff and is working with some of today’s most trusted and well-known brands to deliver industry-leading customer experience solutions. As the team continue to grow in the New Year, Sitel Plymouth are looking to recruit new talent for customer service roles for short-term contracts of three to six months, with the potential for permanent roles later in the year, offering employment opportunities to candidates whose Christmas contracts are coming to end and who are looking for a fresh start in the New Year.
