Plymouth City Council is asking residents to share their views and experiences of the Mount Batten Watersports and Activities Centre (MBWC) in an online survey.
The survey is part of the Council’s review of the city’s watersports offerings, which will explore how the MBWC’s existing offer – and the surrounding land and water – can be enhanced to provide maximum benefits to both locals and visitors.
The aim is for the MBWC to act as a gateway to the planned Plymouth Sound National Marine Park, enabling more people to access the water and encouraging mass participation in watersports.
This also fits with a key goal in the new Plymouth Visitor Plan for 2020 to 2030, to ensure our national marine park is globally recognised for amazing experiences by, on, in and under the water.
Whether or not you’ve used the MBWC within the last five years, please share your views via the online survey by 11 March - it takes just a couple of minutes to complete.
